Riders must pay for trips.
Drivers must keep vehicles roadworthy and follow NTSA traffic laws.
Fares are shown before or during the ride.
Payments can be made via M-Pesa, cash, or in-app methods.
Murima Rides may charge a service fee/commission on rides.
Always confirm the driver and car details before entering.
Report unsafe behavior via the app or email us.
Murima Rides is a technology platform — we do not own vehicles and are not responsible for driver or rider behavior, but we take safety reports seriously.
Be respectful in messages and reviews.
We collect and process data under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019).

We may suspend or close your account if you:
Break the law,
Abuse the app,
Fail to pay, or
Endanger others.
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Murima Rides is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or loss caused by drivers, riders, or network failures.
We remain liable for fraud, gross negligence, or as required by Kenyan law.
These terms follow the laws of Kenya. Disputes may be resolved by negotiation, arbitration, or Kenyan courts.
